Seth attended Rutgers University studying Economics and Business Management. His Commercial Real Estate career started in 2004. As a full service Broker, Seth has been actively involved in every sector of Commercial Real Estate. Born and raised in Monmouth County, NJ, Seth is quite familiar with the land development and municipal approval processes in the counties which encompass Central New Jersey. Seth’s real estate approach is “hands-on” and he works tirelessly to satisfy the needs of all Legacy Commercial Realty’s clients and customers.

Jack Katz – Accounting – Sales Associate
Jack Katz has been actively involved in Commercial Real Estate for over 30 years. His career in an Essex County based retail clothing and apparel business led him to ownership of commercial real estate and management services. Jack has been involved in every aspect of commercial real estate from land development to leasing. His relationships and hands on service are the backbone of his success.
Matt Miller – VP, Investment Sales – Sales Associate
Matt Miller has a degree in Public Policy from Rutgers University and a Masters Degree in Healthcare Administration from Seton Hall University. He had previously worked at CentraState Medical Center as a Financial Analyst for a number of years. Matt has a passion for land development, investment sales, and business development & growth.
Derin Goodman – Sales Associate
Derin attended the State University at Buffalo where he earned his Bachelor’s degree in Economics. Derin’s previous role as an account manager for many medical and real estate clients equipped him with the necessary tools and understanding of how business runs internally which in turn, allows for a closer and more personal relationship with our clients. Growing up locally in Marlboro NJ, Derin has an extensive knowledge of the real estate markets in Monmouth, Middlesex, Mercer, Ocean Counties.
Logan Gurtman – Sales Associate
Logan has been involved in and brokering transactions in the office and retail sectors since 2012. His experience with Monmouth County landlords and tenants makes him an ideal office/retail leasing representative for our clients. His experience, dedication, and hard work make him an valued addition to the Legacy Team.
Lisa Schweitzer – Office Administrator
Lisa earned her business degree from Katharine Gibbs in Boston and has consistently worked as an administrative professional. She previously worked for a building design firm that included Architecture, Engineering, Planning and Surveying services, as well as for a building construction company.
Jacob Steinweis – Sales Associate
For over 30 years Jacob has purchased, sold, leased, and developed a variety of different commercial properties. His experience in the industry has been instrumental in guiding his clients in their commercial real estate endeavors. Jacob’s experience in retail clothing apparel and manufacturing has enabled him to tap into those past relationships to further assist his clients. Prior to entering the commercial real estate industry, Jacob was Sr. Vice President of FILA, Sr. Vice President of Reebok and Worldwide President for footwear for PUMA.
Michael Netta – Sales Associate
Over his 25-year career, Michael has participated in the investment and development of over 2.5 million square feet of properties, with an aggregate cost of over $700 million. He has been involved in transactions across the capital stack; and has been responsible for underwriting and managing office, hotel, multi-family and retail properties, both domestically and internationally.
Michael held roles of increasing scope for family offices and private developers in New York and New Jersey. In addition to his professional experience, Michael teaches undergraduate real estate classes for the Schack Institute for Real Estate at New York University. He earned a BS in Finance and an MBA, both from Rutgers Business School, holds a New Jersey Realty Estate Sales Persons license, and is a member of the Urban Land Institute..
