Seth Katz attended Rutgers University studying Economics and Business Management. His Commercial Real Estate career started in 2004. As a full-service Broker, Seth has been actively involved in every sector of Commercial Real Estate. Born and raised in Monmouth County, NJ, Seth is quite familiar with the land development and municipal approval processes in the counties which encompass Central New Jersey. Seth’s real estate approach is “hands-on” and he works tirelessly to satisfy the needs of all Legacy Commercial Realty’s clients and customers.

Christopher Axentiou, Jr. – Director – Sales Associate

Christopher Axentiou, Jr. has a degree in Business specialized in Entrepreneurial Studies from Fairleigh Dickinson University. He additionally earned his MBA in Business Administration and a Juris Doctorate (J.D.) in International Law in Los Angeles, California.  Christopher has had a career that spans through the finance industry, law industry and real estate industry over the past 18 years.  He has a passion for all aspects real estate ranging from investments, full buildouts, in the residential as well as commercial markets. Paired with his legal and business backgrounds, he has the foresight and relevant expertise to navigate all the layers of all kinds of real estate transactions fostering development and growth.

Christopher is also a real estate investor himself and a licensed building contractor which offers additional insight into the legalities, permitting, construction requirements, as well as environmental issues that could affect current and future valuations of a property. He has a ‘never give up’ attitude and is driven by his self-ascribed ‘3-P’s’: perfectionism, perseverance, and pride.

Lisa earned her business degree from Katharine Gibbs in Boston and has consistently worked as an administrative professional. She previously worked for a building design firm that included Architecture, Engineering, Planning and Surveying services, as well as for a building construction company.

Steven Metz – Sales Associate

Steven has been a real estate investor, commercial landlord and real estate salesperson for over 35 years. He is a local business owner who invests and advises in the central NJ market. He graduated George Washington University with a marketing degree.

Jacob Steinweis – Sales Associate

For over 30 years Jacob has purchased, sold, leased, and developed a variety of different commercial properties. His experience in the industry has been instrumental in guiding his clients in their commercial real estate endeavors. Jacob’s experience in retail clothing apparel and manufacturing has enabled him to tap into those past relationships to further assist his clients. Prior to entering the commercial real estate industry, Jacob was Sr. Vice President of FILA, Sr. Vice President of Reebok and Worldwide President for footwear for PUMA.

Michael Netta – Sales Associate

Over his 25-year career, Michael has participated in the investment and development of over 2.5 million square feet of properties, with an aggregate cost of over $700 million.  He has been involved in transactions across the capital stack; and has been responsible for underwriting and managing office, hotel, multi-family and retail properties, both domestically and internationally.

Michael held roles of increasing scope for family offices and private developers in New York and New Jersey. In addition to his professional experience, Michael teaches undergraduate real estate classes for the Schack Institute for Real Estate at New York University. He earned a BS in Finance and an MBA, both from Rutgers Business School, holds a New Jersey Realty Estate Salespersons license, and is a member of the Urban Land Institute.

Daniel Lahey – Sales Associate

Over the past 10 years, Dan has been extensively involved in commercial real estate and has built a database of hundreds of connections from developers, operators, and property managers in the Tri-State area. To add to his value, he has a professional sales and design background for almost 20 years, which serves him and his clients well on envisioning the potential of properties and the value behind it. In addition to having his BA from Rutgers University and his New Jersey Real Estate license, he is an Eagle Scout and has served in multiple volunteer organizations. His detail-oriented approach serves his clients well by finding creative avenues, whether it be for acquisition, leasing, or disposition.

Philip J “PJ” Smith – Sales Associate

Philip J “PJ” Smith is an experienced commercial realtor. Specializing in warehouse to data center conversions. His 35 years in IT and data center construction and operations make him an excellent resource in property acquisition and conversion for Flex Warehouse opportunities.
